Overview
i2Clipart respects the rights of creators. Our collection contains artwork sourced from Openclipart, whose contribution policy uses a CC0 public domain dedication. Importing an image from that source does not prove that every relevant right was cleared. An original creator or another rights holder may have a valid claim concerning an image on i2Clipart.
Using artwork from the collection
i2Clipart provides free downloads and does not charge royalties. This is not a guarantee that every image is free of copyright or other restrictions. Review the source information and the terms of use before using artwork, especially where trademarks, recognizable people, or other protected material are involved.
Report a copyright concern
If you own the relevant copyright or are authorized to act for its owner, use our copyright complaint form or send a written notice to the contact below. A notice should include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- The copyrighted work you say was infringed, or a representative list for multiple works.
- The specific i2Clipart URLs and enough detail to locate the material you want removed or disabled.
- Your mailing address, phone number, and email address if available.
- Your good-faith statement that the disputed use has no authorization from the rights holder, their agent, or the law.
- Your statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you may act for the owner of the exclusive right at issue.
These requirements follow the U.S. Copyright Office’s notice-and-takedown guidance. We review copyright reports and may request clarification or remove or restrict access to the identified material. A report about i2Clipart does not remove material from its original source or from other websites.

Submit a copyright noticeIf you believe a removal was mistaken
Email the copyright contact with the affected URL and evidence explaining the mistake. Where a formal DMCA counter-notice is applicable, include:
- Your physical or electronic signature and your name, address, and phone number.
- The removed material and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith that removal resulted from a mistake or misidentification.
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court covering your address; if outside the United States, a federal district court where the service provider may be found. Also confirm that you will accept service of process from the original complainant or their agent.
Under the applicable counter-notice procedure, the complainant receives a copy. Restoration follows 10–14 business days after a valid counter-notice unless notice of an action seeking a restraining court order is received first. See 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). This procedure does not establish that i2Clipart must retain artwork for reasons unrelated to a copyright notice.
Information included in a notice
Copyright correspondence may need to be shared with the relevant parties, including the contact details necessary to handle a notice or counter-notice. See our privacy policy. Provide accurate information; knowingly making a material false claim in a notice or counter-notice can carry legal consequences.
For concerns about trademarks, privacy, incorrect attribution, or another issue that is not a copyright claim, contact us with the relevant page link and an explanation.
